LECTURES

In this module (industrial training), traditional lectures were not present since it is a work-based module, but the learning experience was quite deep and practical, laced with useful knowledge acquired at the hands-on level, in a real-world setting. I’ll convey my reflections and knowledge gained from this invaluable piece of work below.

REFLECTIONS

The internship experience showed me a complete transformation that enabled substantial development both professional and personal. During this time, I faced many difficulties that helped me learn essential skills and vital career-related insights for my future professional development. Working on several design projects was the highlight of my professional internship because I designed TikTok frames and fan cam video edits while also creating merchandise. My skills in design software improved through the application of creative approaches to these design tasks. 


I learned to unite creative freedom with company branding requirements through my work which is always directed toward the brand's identity requirements alongside their organizational goals. My mentor Mokie and the other designer Aina provided vital feedback which enabled me to enhance my design work and master industry conventions better. Time management along with adaptability became essential skills during the period when I worked on various projects under strict deadline constraints. My duty to film fancam footage during the SOLOZ GAME OF LIFE gala premiere demonstrated how vital it is to make swift decisions alongside performing with high efficiency when working under pressure. I learned firsthand how essential it is to maintain strong teamwork together with open communication with colleagues and peers. Through pairing up with colleagues and supervisors I learned about the process of professional design projects which starts with creating ideas and leads to their final delivery. Constructive criticism plays a vital role in professional development because it enables me to improve my work quality through its implementation. My internship experience has increased my knowledge about industry norms and labor expectations for working in a professional environment. My internship experience has shown me the professional direction I should pursue and given me the confidence to face upcoming professional demands. After this experience I have strengthened my design while gaining momentum to build my creative abilities even further.


In conclusion, The internship journey provided me with valuable practical abilities together with professional expertise alongside personal-self-assurance in my skills. I remain thankful for this valuable experience along with all the helpful advice which I am ready to use in upcoming challenges.

On top of that, we have to make a literature matrix to create the subheading of our research. We have to check if the article is written by scholars. This methodology section is supposed to explain the research approach, justification, and purpose behind it with appropriate citations. To conclude the review, think about the major trends and the main contributors. How are there gaps in the literature and whether the review should continue and be updated or are you satisfied that any further research would need to take a completely different approach.
